About Me
I’m a breast cancer survivor, certified health and life coach, and former kindergarten ESL teacher who spent 20 years breaking down complex concepts for five-year-olds.
Five years ago, cancer taught me that you can’t prevent a crisis - but you can learn to keep your nervous system regulated enough to survive it.
I’ve spent 8 years as a coach learning all the conventional strategies. AND, I’ve also learned first-hand what actually works when your life is on fire and you have to keep living anyway.
I specialize in food and lifestyle adjustments that support the nervous system - not to prevent stress (because, ugh, that’s not realistic), but to help you function during the unavoidable hard seasons of life.
I wrote a journal called “Nourish and Nurture: A Journal for Nervous System Support” (available on Amazon). You can feel free to check it out if you’d like.
I live on the East Coast. I’m DEFINITELY a summer girl. I believe that you’re allowed to protect your peace even when some people tell you you’re being selfish.
